Consumer Advocates Credit Counselors provides confidential credit and housing counseling, debt management services, financial literacy programs and homebuyers education workshops to diverse communities. Consumer Advocates Credit Counselors provides confidential credit and housing counseling sessions, free of cost, that cover personal issues such as budgeting, proper use of credit, and how to evaluate available options that include social service referrals or enrolling in a debt management program. We developed effective debt management services to save our clients money and liquidate debt faster and at excellent rates.

Consumer Advocates Credit Counselors has a long standing commitment to money management education. Our financial literacy programs educate consumers who may be financially over extended, wish to regain control of their personal finances or are preparing to become homeowners. The homebuyers' workshops empower potential homeowners with the knowledge to make wise decisions to obtain and maintain the American dream of homeownership.

Consumer Advocates Credit Counselors was founded in 2001. Consumer Advocates Credit Counselors is funded primarily through voluntary contributions from participating creditors and community grants. Consumer Advocates Credit Counselors is governed by a diverse Board of Directors composed of community-based business leaders from Miami-Dade and Broward Counties in South Florida.
